This one has it down the middle, and the low lying parts of the village used to flood before the Army Corps of Engineers channel work of the mid 1970s.

That history is worth knowing for two reasons. Where the loss started inside the house instead, from a supply line or an appliance, the water is category 1 and much more of the room survives.
