The published scope is residential work, performed at the property across the eight counties. There is no shop and no drop off point, and every job is done where the loss happened.

For an office, a managed building or a multi unit, ask when you call. The answer depends on the size of the loss and on the building, and it is confirmed with you before anything is quoted.

A person answers at any hour, by appointment, takes the address and the room, and the technician who is coming calls back with an arrival time.

A written estimate before the work starts

A written estimate comes before any work begins, with no hidden fees. What will not come out, and what cannot be matched in a repair, is written into it, so nothing is discovered on the day.

No price for any job appears on this site. A loss is measured at the property first, and the written estimate is where the numbers are.

The file that comes with the work

The loss is photographed before anything moves, the category and class are assigned before anything is removed, moisture is read at fixed monitoring points and written up each day, and what came out is inventoried with the reason it came out.

That file goes to you, and it is what an insurer reads. It cannot be reconstructed once the equipment has come out.

The same services, performed at the property

Water damage restoration, mold remediation, mold inspection and mold removal, carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning to the NADCA standard, and the reconstruction that follows a loss. Every one of them is done where the property is.

Carpet that got wet from a leak is assessed as a drying job before anyone offers to clean it, in a building the same way as in a house, because the pad and the subfloor hold the water.

Where we work

Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Union, Bergen, Morris, Middlesex and Somerset counties, in North and Central New Jersey. We also take work in Monmouth and Mercer counties. The county pages list the municipalities inside each one.

What we do not do

We do not file, adjust or negotiate your insurance claim. Documenting a loss is restoration work, and adjusting a claim is regulated work performed by licensed adjusters.

We do not perform plumbing repairs, roofing repairs or electrical work. Those are the source of the loss and they are fixed by the trade that owns them, usually before or alongside the drying.

Routine dryer vent cleaning is handled by AMG Duct Cleaning, the same owner's dedicated duct company, and a call here is passed on to them.
